Software Development Manager - PC Products
We are seeking an accomplished Software Development Manager to lead and drive the engineering efforts for our Magic Cap for Windows project. You will be responsible for growing this small team by hiring outstanding talent and providing leadership and direction. You should have the following skills and experience: 2-3 years managing software teams; 5-7 years developing (including in-depth and current Windows software development experience); a strong engineering project management background; experience hiring and managing within deadlines and budget; experience leading and motivating an outstanding team of software developers; strong written and interpersonal communication skills; the ability to effectively manage technical relationships with technology vendors, OEM partners, 3rd party developers, and customers; ability to add value to our product planning and definition phase for follow-on future products; and a proven track record shipping commercially successful, high-quality Windows based consumer applications.
